A network, not an isolated platform
VeriCam works because it's connected — to the institutions that issue credentials, to the evaluators that accept them, to the embassies and employers that act on them. This page lists active partnerships and invites you to join the network.
How we treat partnerships
Partner listings on this page are earned, not bought. No partner pays to appear here.
We only list partners we have a documented working relationship with — onboarding agreement, pilot batch, or signed contract.
Where appropriate, we ask partners to acknowledge us on their relevant pages — and we reciprocate on ours.
Four ways to join the network
Each track maps to a distinct role in the verification chain. Pick the one that fits your organisation — or write to us if your role sits between categories.
Cameroonian institutions
Universities, exam boards, professional schools and ministry-issuing bodies authenticating their own credentials.
- A secure inbox routing international verification requests directly to your registrar — no inbox-tax on your staff.
- Tamper-evident reports issued in your institution's name with a public QR re-verification page.
- Optional branded subdomain (e.g. verify.your-institution.cm) for institutional visibility.
- Free during the pilot rollout for accredited Cameroonian institutions.
- A designated registrar or verification officer authorised to confirm or deny records.
- Acknowledgment that VeriCam may surface your institution in our public verification directory.
Credential evaluators
NACES, AICE, and equivalent evaluators producing credential equivalencies for universities, regulators and employers worldwide.
- Named primary-source verification partner status for Cameroon — referenced from your Cameroon documentation pages.
- Closed-loop case workflow: institutional outreach, multi-channel escalation and on-the-ground follow-up when digital channels exhaust.
- Reduction in your "unable to verify" close-rate without compromising evidentiary rigour.
- Bilingual reports (EN/FR) consistent with NACES evidentiary standards.
- A pilot batch of Cameroon cases (typically 5–15) to evaluate quality, turnaround and report format.
- Mutual link on your Cameroon documentation page once the pilot validates the workflow.
Embassies, consulates & licensing bodies
Visa adjudication units, immigration agencies, medical/engineering/legal licensing bodies that need defensible authenticity decisions.
- Standardised verification reports satisfying primary-source-verification (PSV) requirements.
- Documented outreach record for every case — channel, contact, date — usable as evidence under audit or challenge.
- Volume pricing and SLA tiers for high-volume visa or licensing flows.
- Bilingual interface (EN/FR) and bilingual report output.
- An initial scoping call to map your existing adjudication workflow.
- A pilot volume of 10–25 cases for SLA calibration.
Employers & HR-tech platforms
Enterprise HR teams, background-screening companies, and HR-tech platforms verifying Cameroonian applicants at scale.
- API + dashboard integration with your existing ATS or screening pipeline.
- Batch case submission and webhook delivery of report outcomes.
- Audit-preserved workflow for compliance-driven verticals (healthcare, finance, regulated industries).
- Volume pricing.
- A technical scoping call.
- A pilot batch of cases under your normal due-diligence policy.
Active partners
Updated as onboarding agreements are signed. Each partner appears under the category that matches its role in the verification chain.
Directory under construction
Active partnerships will be published here as visibility agreements are signed. We're currently running parallel conversations with institutions, evaluators and embassies — be among the first to join the network.
Your role isn't in any of the four categories?
Diaspora associations, NGOs, press, accreditation bodies — write to us. We regularly design new partnership tracks when they make operational sense.
